With much relief, gladness n' joyous thanks I say: Saturday and Sunday were MUCH better than Friday n' Friday night.
I'll tell you more in future entries, but right now the neighborhood rowdies are making such a ruckus (as is per usual when it's nice out) I can't think straight, so I'll have to put all the details of the weekend in a later entry.
It's been hot as hell in my apt. for the last week or so (I came home to a SAUNA last night)klpu9 so I can't shut my windows to shut all the bratty chaos from outside out. Our landlords have cut off the complex's AC, n' I think my downstairs neighbors are CRANKIN' their heat.. so *sweat.* all I have is my windows n' a fan.) For the moment (until much later tonight when the neighborhood noisemakers have FINALLY gone to sleep) this little bit will have to do.
(..I can't believe these kids' parents let 'em make all this chaos n' noise- that echos through the whoooole neighborhood n' no one reigns them in.. at all. I'm talkin' screaming, one kid honking like a car alarm for -half an hour,- instruments suddenly gotten from somewhere and TRUMPETS honking, and that's outside the normal shouting -constantly-, everything. And no one's doing anything about it... I've popped my head out twice and told 'em to settle down, but they're not my kids.. so I can only do so much... Oy.)
Anyhoo, at least there're cool pics on the way. :)
