And it was so good!  (I mean, not good in the classical sense- but in the cheesy 80's movie sense- it was great! ;D)
Seeing that reminded me of two things:

1.  They steal a scene in that movie right from another classical werewolf flick:  "An American Werewolf in London."  I imagine it was a tribute or a nod to The Original. :)   ..Yunno; it's that scene where all the villagers go out hunting for "the beast?"  Yup.  Snatched right from it.  W/woods, 3-foot thick ground-fog and low-slinking bogeyman in tow. :)
2.  In the last ep. of "The L-Word" they totally make fun of Alice's previous roles in all those yogurt commercials.  They've got her & Shane eating some nondescript, rather yogurtey looking substance together at The Planet, and they go through the whole "how good is it" bit. ^_^  *lol*

Yay for nods, tributes, allusions and outright thefts! ;D

On a related note:  Does anyone know if SK approved of the afore-mentioned movie?  I didn't see him in there as he usually does w/his cameos on flicks he's okay with when they make adaptations of his writings...
And secondly:  That movie totally inspired me to contact my Ffffffather.  He would be SO fantastically suited to making neato, motorcycle-inspired wheelchairs for kids n' adults alike! ^_^  He could put his bike and mechanical talents to good use, and help people at the same time. :D  (An' I know he could do it, too.  He is mad-crazy talented w/the bikes n' the mechanical skills.)  ..I wonder if stuff like that is already being done...   Hmm.....
Methinks I need to go do some internet checking... :)
