Gettin' Ridda SCHTUFF!!

My grandma and I participated in a neighborhood-wide yard sale Sat, and it went pretty well. We didn't sell everything, but I made a cool (and much needed) $20, and got rid of the rest afterward at the local thrift shop. It motivated both of us to go through our WAY too much stuff, and I cleared out SEVEN bins downstairs, and filled 2 whole trash bags in the process of chucking and consolidating my things in da basement. I've a LOT less stuff down there, and it felt good to get rid of things I didn't need, hadn't used, or.. (honestly) didn't really dig too much. I felt bad for getting rid of some things, but I've go so.. much.. stuff, I really need(ed) to get rid of the things that were not important/useful to me, so I could better use (and find) the things that are. :) (Plus I still have some clothes and shoes to go through, as I couldn't get through quite everything in time. I think I got through about 4/5ths of everything downstairs. :))

So now I have a little extra cash to buy groceries this month, (..and/or maaaaaybe a small goody [PS2] if I can afford it and find it fer reaaaallllly cheap), and I'm gonna put up some beanie babies up on eBay to further clear things out and make a little more extra room n' earn a little more extra $$.
After the yard sale, I also decided to get rid of a few other things at ebay, and thought I ought to notify you guys, in case any of you might be interested. For the moment I have a green and clear beading caddy/carrying case up for auction. If any of you are crafters or fisherfolk who might need something neat and portable to carry your stuff, I invite you to check out my wee little first auction in a long, long time. ^_^
