Me & My Shadow

Hear ye, hear ye!  Lost Zombies is calling for submissions to their upcoming, scrapbook-style book!!  "What the hezmata is LZ," you say?  Well, Lost Zombies is a collaborative project of sorts, that takes events like zombie walks, lurches, zombie flick promo events and other re-enactments and presents them in documentary-form to the public, w/the desire to "inform" them about the coming onslaught of the zombie apocalypse. ;)  (I.e. it's a spoof "documentary" about zombie attacks, making it look like the zombie walks, lurches etc. were real events- something like Orwell's "War of the Worlds.") 

I'm puttin' this out here in case friends of mine who've been wanna tell people about their harrowing experiences at the DC Zombie Lurch. :)  

Do you have pictures, journal entries, harrowing diary excerpts, or first-hand accounts of your contact with the living dead?  Could you retell your experiences, if you don't have them down already?  Ever had a near-brush w/zombie death?  (flameofsilver? echochild78?)  Well Lost Zombies wants to hear from you!!  Now you have the chance to have your photos and writings about the walking dead be published in a real, live (or, would that be undead..?) book!! ^_^  Just check out their site at www.lostzombies.com, and peep this quick video below, detailing the site and what this whole book submission thing is all about. :D:D

This could be GREAT for photographers, writers, and anyone who wants to get their work more widely seen. :)  Plus, it'll help others learn about the Lurch, and what a great zombie population we have growing in DC! :D:D  So gather up your best pics and your most harrowing accounts of the carnage you've seen (or undergone), and let's take Lost Zombies by storm! ^_^

Chris W., Jen M., David A., many peoples from my high school and gaming crew in college, if you want to walk down memory lane, just lemme know an' I'll send you a shot or to of you from the "good ol' days." ;)  It's SO WEIRD seeing how different, yet how alike so many people seem from so many years ago.  ..And then to realize -how many- bloody years ago these were taken!!  ^_o  (Oh, and Tenoya, if you're out there and reading this, I have a great pic of Dave B. at our senior prom, too. ;)

And yes, I do have a few.. "interesting" photos of some of 'yall. ;D  Nothing lewd, but hey.. we were young!  *grins*
