I've got "hire me" posts out via CraigsList in 8 different major cities/global regions: Chicago, San. Fran., Toronto, NYC, PA, DC, and Great Britain. If I get hired in any of these places, twill be good. These are all the places I'm open to moving for the sake of a new life and a new job, so.. there ya go. I hopes I can makes it, and that somebody out there wants to hire me. (I figure putting that out there is one more step in the right direction, instead of just searching listing after listing on my own, no?) So here's hopin'...
I feel like I shouldda put one up in Portland, but when I tried to post there and had to choose which ofthe oounties I wanted to post in, n' didn't know which one Portland was in, I felt it just wasn't a good idea to try to live/work somewhere I don't know that much about. So I backed that one off, for the moment. (I still wouldn't mind being there, I just need to learn more about it first.)
That said, I'm gonna go pull my clothes out of the dryer and remove my wet items from their big plastic bag which I hauled up from downstairs and which cannot be machine dried. (Bloody Torrid and LB! ;D)
I hope all is well w/everyone out there in the world tonight, and that if you're sleeping now, that you're having sweet dreams. :)

I have discovered a place that could be very, very dangerous for me.
It has a BUNCH of really cool (and in some cases I mean that literally), fun stuff that any kid at heart would just adore. "What's the web addy" you say? Why, it's www.perpetualist.com. ..For those who are perpetually "kids at heart. " ^_^
She showed me a cool knife set that would go -beautifully- w/my evolving voodoo culinary theme, plus they have wicked-cool stuff like a frozen shotglass ice cube mold, a Lego USB flash drive, Crayola business pens, and a 2009 calendar that's modeled after BUBBLE WRAP. (Yep, you actually get to pop the days of the month. :D) They have clocks that run away from you (something I saw from Hammacher Schlemmer a while back, but love the fact that this place has him in colors- n' calls 'im "Clocky,"), and just a bunch of fun stuff to make people smile. I have lots of great gift ideas for people now, thanks to this place. ^_^
