Friends, have you ever dyed your hair some unnatural color in the comfort of your own home, only to discover when you've done that not only has your hair been baptized in lush, luxurious pops of bizarro-world color, but that your bathroom or dying area has also?
Well, have I got a solution for you! *removes tacky, over-sprayed helmet of fake, blond bouffant hair*
Toilet bowl cleaner.
...
..No, seriously.
If you catch stains early, (as in within the day or evening that you've dyed your hair),
I -highly- recommend using a bit if toity-bowl cleaning solution. (I used Lysol Power brand), but I imagine just about any type would work. No lie, it scrubs those pesky stains right out! (Of course, ya don't use your toity brush, but just a sponge w/some traction like those dual-sided scrubby sponges instead.)
( Read more... )Just make sure ya don't use it on non-bleachable surfaces, or let it touch your clothes. (..Unless you wear stuff ya don't mind getting splotchy. :)) Now don't be heart-stricken when you get an errant splotch or two on your rented bathroom or kitchen counters or floors! ;D <3
Have fun dyein', and g'night, y'all!
