To those of you who're interested/able to come to the filming(s) on Sat., June 13th, here are the direx for yon zombie short film, as well as for a vampire film I'm currently working with, which will need a horde of vamps for a blood hunt scene that very same day. They're both in the same place, (@ the Wicked Woods in Ladysmith, VA), and both will be pay-free, but credited (so you get to have your name appear in a movie.. ^_^)

There will be 3 stages of makeup/decay for the zombies, and very simple makeup for the vamps. Zombification begins @ 9am, and vampification begins @ 5pm, 6 at the latest. :)

Hey y'all! A colleague of mine is shooting a short zombie film in Ladysmith VA on June 13th, and is looking for a WHOLE HORDE of undead! He's going to be doing prosthetics, masks, and a bunch of other makeup/FX techniques on everybody, & this should be fun! ^_^ I'm gonna be a zombie, as is the director for the film that I'm working with, and anyone who wants to join in is welcome! Just message me here, or contact me via my e-mail addy @ renaessance@hotmail.com to let me know that you're interested, n' how many potential undead-ites you might be bringing along w/you. :)

On a related note, the independant vampire film I'm working on is also shooting a scene featuring a mass of the undead that day, in the same forest. :) (I'm not sure yet how the order will go, but I -think- the vampire film's scenes are gonna be shot first, and then the zombie short will take place.) The vampire film needs a blood hunt scene, n' they need vamps of all types, colors, shapes, kinds n' sizes! I can totally picture some of my friends from the Cam. & OWBN being a part of this- and it would be a real treat to work on/and with you, as I'm the main makeup beeyotch for the film. :) (Though for effects and the like, you'll also likely be working w/Coven, the guy who's heading the other zombie event that same day. :))

These extra slots are unpaid, -BUT- as he personally -asked me and my friend to see the end result of this project, this film will potentially be seen by GEORGE A. ROMERO. So if you're a fan, come on 'n join the fun! Plus, this would be a great chance to get on-screen in an actual film, and I imagine lots of you already have your own fangs, fun outfit accoutrements, etc. :D (Why not bring your own vamp personas to the project? ;D) They need as many potential vamps as they can get, so if you or people you know might wanna attend, feel free to spread the word! As above, just drop me a line via either here or my e-mail addy if you're interested, and I'll let our director know how many potential bodies we might be havin' on set. :)
